India will host AEDEX + AIRPORT 2026, one of the country's largest integrated international exhibitions and conferences focused on defence, aerospace, aviation and airport infrastructure, from 10 to 12 September at the India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC), Yashobhoomi, in Dwarka, New Delhi.
According to Dr. Abhay A. Pashilkar, Honorary President of SIATI, the event is expected to convene policymakers, defence manufacturers, aerospace companies, airport developers, technology providers, investors and industry leaders from multiple countries. He said the exhibition is designed to showcase India's growing capabilities in defence manufacturing, aerospace innovation and airport infrastructure development.
Dr. Pashilkar said the three-day event has support from several government ministries and agencies, reflecting its focus on strengthening India's industrial and technology ecosystem.

Dr. Pashilkar said India's aerospace and defence market is projected to reach USD 70 billion by 2030. He attributed the expected growth to policy reforms, higher investment, indigenous manufacturing and expanding international collaborations.
He also pointed to the recent approval of the Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) programme as an example of India's continued focus on strengthening domestic defence capabilities and advancing self-reliance in critical technologies.
The exhibition is expected to provide a platform for organisations working across defence systems, aerospace technologies, aviation services and airport infrastructure to present products, technologies and collaborative opportunities.
