IndiGoReach, the corporate social responsibility arm of IndiGo, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) to promote aviation career opportunities for female students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
The initiative, implemented through BharatCares, aims to expand access to commercial pilot training by providing eligible students with financial, academic and career support under the Giving Wings to Fly programme.
Under the agreement, the Board of Intermediate Education will disseminate information about the programme across intermediate colleges and student networks to improve awareness among eligible candidates.
