ITP Aero is expanding its manufacturing operations in Hyderabad with a new aerospace facility that is expected to create more than 350 skilled jobs over the next five years.
The company marked the expansion with a groundbreaking ceremony for the new site in Hyderabad, strengthening its long-term presence in India as demand for commercial aviation components continues to rise globally.
According to the company, the facility is scheduled to become fully operational in 2027 and will manufacture fabricated and machined components for commercial aviation engines.
The investment represents the next phase of ITP Aero’s growth strategy in India, where the company has operated for 15 years and built engineering, industrial and manufacturing capabilities tied to the aerospace sector.
The Hyderabad site will produce components used in commercial aviation engines, supporting civil aerospace programmes and international supply chain requirements.
ITP Aero said the facility will strengthen its participation in the global aerospace manufacturing network at a time when aircraft production and engine demand continue to increase worldwide.

The latest investment comes as Telangana continues to position itself as a key aerospace and defence manufacturing hub, attracting global aviation suppliers and engineering companies.
Carlos Alzola, Managing Director of ITP Aero Group, said the Hyderabad operation had evolved alongside the company’s broader industrial growth.
“Hyderabad has been part of our industrial journey for 15 years, we have seen this site grow and evolve alongside our business,” he said in the company statement.
“This expansion is a source of pride, reflecting what we have achieved together and our confidence in the region’s people and manufacturing capabilities.”
He added that the project reinforces ITP Aero’s long-term commitment to supporting growth in commercial aviation globally and acknowledged the support provided by the Government of Telangana.
As part of its India expansion strategy, ITP Aero has appointed Sandeep Sharma as Managing Director India.
The company said Sharma brings more than two decades of aerospace industry experience and will support the next stage of its operations and manufacturing growth in the country.
The appointment comes alongside increasing localisation efforts within the aerospace supply chain as manufacturers seek to expand production capabilities closer to high-growth aviation markets.
The Hyderabad expansion comes during a period of strong financial growth for ITP Aero globally.
