According to flydubai, the event is designed to connect UAE nationals with career opportunities across the airline while supporting the country's Emiratisation agenda through structured training and long-term professional development.
Candidates attending the event will have the opportunity to engage with the airline's recruitment and talent development teams, learn about the aviation sector and explore programmes tailored to prepare Emiratis for careers across operational and corporate functions.

According to flydubai, the planned fleet expansion is expected to create long-term career opportunities across engineering, flight operations, airport operations, commercial, technology, finance, human resources and other business functions.
Commenting on the initiative, Nasser Binkherbash, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at flydubai, said investing in people remains central to the airline's long-term growth strategy.
He said the Careers Open Day will give aspiring Emirati students and professionals an opportunity to understand the diverse career pathways available within the airline and the structured development programmes designed to prepare them for careers in aviation.
Binkherbash added that as flydubai continues to expand its fleet and network, the airline remains committed to developing the next generation of UAE aviation professionals.
The Careers Open Day is aimed at UAE nationals, including students, recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in building careers in aviation.
According to flydubai, registration is open between 31 July and 15 August, with early registration encouraged as places are limited.
The airline said the initiative reflects its ongoing investment in structured learning, mentorship and career development while supporting the UAE's objective of increasing national participation in the private sector workforce.
