The airline has confirmed recruitment events in Jeddah and Dammam, although the exact venue and schedule for the Dammam drive will be announced three to five days before the event.

Successful applicants will become part of Air Arabia's cabin crew team, responsible for maintaining safety standards while delivering a consistent onboard customer experience.

- Age: 20 to 29 years for non-experienced candidates and up to 33 years for experienced cabin crew.
- Minimum height: 160 cm for women and 170 cm for men.
- Physically and medically fit with no visible tattoos.
- Ability to swim using a flotation aid.
- Good spoken and written English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Diploma or higher secondary qualification, with travel or tourism education preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
