Aviation Capital Group LLC (ACG), a global full-service aircraft asset manager headquartered in Newport Beach, California, has placed a firm order for 75 Airbus A320neo Family aircraft and taking its total historical order for the type to 190 aircraft.
Deliveries under the order are scheduled between 2032 and 2035. The agreement also includes conversion rights to other variants in the A320neo Family, giving ACG greater flexibility in managing its future delivery schedule, ACG said in a statement.
“ACG’s portfolio strategy is focused on new-technology narrowbody aircraft that are most in-demand with airlines globally. Placing the largest order in our nearly 40-year history is a statement of confidence in the long-term future of air travel and in ACG’s important role as a conduit between airlines, aircraft and capital,” said Thomas Baker, Chief Executive Officer and President of ACG.

As of 30 June 2026, ACG had 118 A320neo Family aircraft in its fleet. According to the company, the latest order brings its outstanding orders for the aircraft family to 115.
“The A320neo Family remains one of the most sought-after aircraft families among our airline customers, supporting both their replacement and growth requirements. This order gives ACG additional capacity to meet that demand, extends our orderbook pipeline into the mid-2030s and positions us for further growth,” said Rob Downes, Chief OEM Officer of ACG.
The Airbus A320 Family is the world's most popular single-aisle aircraft family, with more than 20,400 orders worldwide. It comprises the A320neo and A321neo, offering extended range and performance. The aircraft family delivers at least 20% lower fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions compared with previous-generation single-aisle aircraft, while providing greater passenger comfort through one of the widest cabins in its class.
“This major investment reinforces our long-term and important partnership which dates back to 2007 when ACG placed its first order with Airbus. ACG will be able to offer its customers the A320neo Family well into the next decade,” said Benoît de Saint-Exupéry, Airbus EVP Sales of the Commercial Aircraft business. “We salute ACG’s selection of the A320neo Family - the world’s most modern and efficient single aisle aircraft.”
