Emirates Group has opened recruitment for more than 100 positions across its aviation and corporate businesses, as the Dubai-based airline group looks to grow its workforce and expand opportunities for Emirati talent.
According to information released by the company and reported by ETHRWorld Middle East, the recruitment campaign covers a broad range of functions, from technology and engineering to customer-facing and operational roles. The initiative forms part of the group's wider workforce strategy, which combines business growth with long-term talent development.
Applications are being accepted through the company's careers platform.
Recruitment spans technology, operations and corporate functions
The latest hiring campaign targets both experienced professionals and individuals at the early stages of their careers.
Open positions are available across several business areas, including:
- Information technology
- Engineering and maintenance
- Airport operations
- Logistics
- Human resources
- Customer service
The recruitment effort comes as Emirates continues to support growing operational requirements while investing in future workforce capabilities.
The company said the initiative aligns with its broader objective of creating career pathways and specialised development programmes for UAE nationals.
Pilot roles offer some of the highest compensation packages
Among the vacancies, pilot positions rank among the most financially rewarding opportunities available within the group.
According to Emirates, the total annual employment package for pilots is valued at approximately AED 1.2 million (US$327,000).
The package includes:
- Annual cash salary of around AED 575,000
- Company-provided accommodation
- Education support for up to three children
- Retirement savings contributions
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- 42 days of annual leave
- Annual business-class travel benefits for eligible family members
Pilots may also qualify for profit-sharing payments based on company performance.
The airline noted that the salary calculations are based on an average of 85 flying hours per month.
Cadet pilot programme remains a key talent pipeline
Alongside direct recruitment, Emirates continues to accept applications for its National Cadet Pilot Programme, which is designed to prepare Emirati candidates for careers in commercial aviation.
The programme offers structured training and progressive compensation at different stages of development.
According to Emirates:
- Cadets receive AED 6,365 per month during ground school and initial flight training
- Compensation rises to AED 18,335 per month during aircraft type-rating training
- During line training, monthly pay increases to AED 31,745
- Graduating first officers receive a monthly package of approximately AED 52,000, including fixed allowances
The programme forms a central part of the group's efforts to build a sustainable pipeline of future aviation professionals.
Cabin crew recruitment also continues
The recruitment campaign also includes opportunities for cabin crew as Emirates expands its operational workforce.
The airline said cabin crew members receive a tax-free remuneration package consisting of a basic monthly salary of AED 4,980 and flying pay of AED 69.60 per flight hour.
Based on average flying hours, total monthly earnings are estimated at approximately AED 11,000.
Additional benefits include:
- Overnight meal allowances
- Hotel accommodation during layovers
- Company-provided airport transport
These benefits form part of Emirates' broader employee proposition across operational roles.
